Hi! I’m Aïda Yancy.
I support organisations and individuals through moments that matter: when people want to learn, when they want to strengthen cohesion or try to build something better together but also when conversations become difficult, when change feels stuck, or in times of conflict.
My work combines training, facilitation, consulting, supervision, mediation and advocacy around anti-racism, racial justice, LGBTQI+ inclusion, power dynamics and organizational change.
Based in Brussels, I work with NGOs, cultural institutions, public organisations and communities across Belgium, Europe and internationally.

My work sits at the intersection of education, facilitation and active presence.
I help people engage with difficult questions around race, gender, sexuality, power and belonging with nuance and adaptability.
I don’t believe that perfection is possible. I believe that accountability, learning and repair are. Let’s move from intention to practice.
Whether I am facilitating a workshop, moderating a conference, supporting a team through conflict or accompanying someone one-on-one, my goal is the same: to create the conditions for honest conversation, deeper understanding and meaningful change.

Practical, emotional and advocacy support for queer, trans* and/or racialized clients through fertility journeys, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and gender-affirming care.
I can help you prepare for appointments, accompany you and support navigating complex systems. I also attend and support clients throughout labor and birth.
